Media & Speaking

I am passionate about improving the way we support women and families through pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, and the transition to parenthood.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to contribute to public conversations on maternal health, breastfeeding, women's health, and parenting through media interviews, podcasts, professional education, and community events. My goal is always to make evidence-based information accessible, practical, and relevant to the realities faced by families today.

As a Family Physician and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I bring a unique perspective that bridges medicine, breastfeeding, childbirth education, and the lived experiences of parents navigating early family life.

Topics I frequently speak on include:

• Breastfeeding and infant feeding
• Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery
• Maternal mental health and wellbeing
• Women's health and perimenopause
• Parenting and early childhood development
• Building supportive communities for families
• Healthcare communication and informed decision-making

Recent media appearances and speaking engagements include radio interviews, podcasts, professional conferences, parent education programmes, and community health events.
