Dr Mythili Pandi

I am a Family Physician and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with a special interest in women's health, breastfeeding medicine, pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.

My career began in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, where I witnessed firsthand the profound transformation that women undergo during pregnancy and childbirth. Over the years, my work evolved to focus on supporting women and families beyond birth, helping them navigate breastfeeding, early parenthood, and the many challenges that come with caring for a new baby.

Today, I divide my time between clinical practice, education, and advocacy. I am the owner and director of Mother & Child Singapore, where I work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support families from pregnancy through the early years of parenting.

I believe that women deserve evidence-based care, honest conversations, and the confidence to make informed decisions about their health and their families. Whether supporting a mother with breastfeeding challenges, discussing perimenopause, or preparing parents for birth, my goal is always the same: to provide practical, compassionate care that helps families thrive.
